Together, we breathe in tune with the natural cycles of our planet. A blissful meditation drops us into a golden aspen grove... while a dynamic soundscape guides us through release (fall), stillness (winter), rebirth (spring), and celebration (summer)... ultimately returning you to a state of peace and surrender.
Daniel will encourage exploration into breath, vocal toning, and movement along the arc of our embodiment journey. Season's Breathings is for all who wish to be brought back to their senses, feeling fully ALIVE here and now.
We'll close with space for personal reflections and connection. Daniel will also share a few simple practices to support our riding the emotional waves of life in any circumstance.
