Together, we breathe in tune with the natural cycles of the earth. A calming meditation drops us into a golden aspen grove... while the soundscape guides us through release (fall), stillness (winter), rebirth (spring), and celebration (summer)... ultimately returning you to a state of peace and surrender.
Daniel will encourage exploration into breath, sound, and movement along the arc of our embodiment journey. Season's Breathings is for all who wish to be brought back to their senses, feeling fully ALIVE here and now.
We'll close with an opportunity to share personal reflections, ask questions, and connect.
