We breathe to live... and relax, expand, release, perform, energize, and adapt. Nothing is beyond the power of breath, and this is a safe space to discover its amazing benefits, together.
We arrive in circle, settling in and appreciating our journey-fam for the evening. Daniel will set participants up for a positive experience before dropping us into a relaxing meditation. As the soundscape picks up, he'll encourage freeform exploration into breath, sound, and movement. The musical wave rises to a peak, then crashes onto the shore of relaxation. WE REST... breathing... alive... present... embodying nuggets from the experience. The journey closes with space for personal reflections and connection.
